Creating a Chart/Graph in MS Excel
1. Highlight the data you wish to chart
2. Click "Insert" on the toolbar
3. Under "Insert" click "Chart" (chart menu will open)
4. Choose the type of chart you wish to use (bar, line, scatter, etc.) then click "next"
5. Confirm that your data is correct, the click "next"
6. Click on each tab at the top (Titles, Axes, Gridlines, Legend, Data Labels, Data Table) and make the appropriate changes to meet the needs of your chart
7. Choose the layout of your chart ("As seen on screen" or "As object in")
8. Click Finish
