V. Final Steps
Objectives for Section V:
1-3. Know the three final Customer Service steps.
     
Bad Customer Service Is No Joke!
"I'm not saying that the customer service in my bank is bad,
but when I went in the other day 
and asked the clerk to check my balance ... she leaned over and pushed me."


Customer service is an important part of ALL the steps in processing a visitor. 
In all cases, you should finish the transaction with four final steps.

1. Explain where the restrooms, water fountain, and gift shop are located.

2. Give the visitors an exhibit guide.

3. Smile and invite our guests to enjoy their tour.
