Context & Conditions

GOGAS Employee Training Program Assessment Plan was completed as partial fulfillment of MIT 531 – Assessment of Learning Outcomes, under the guidance of Dr. Abdou Ndoye in the second summer session of 2007. This plan was developed for GOGAS to assess the overall effectiveness of the training program.

Scope

This project entailed developing a detailed proposal, learning outcomes and assessment techniques, assessment instruments, and data analysis procedure.

Role

I worked alone to complete this project and acted as Assessment Specialist, SME, and Instructional Designer.

Reflection

This project helped me to become more familiar with macro-level program evaluation processes and procedures. I found it to be a useful exercise especially since I used an existing project to build upon my knowledge.
