Tropical Fish: community Community fish are those that are least likely to be aggressive toward one another. These fish should not be put into a tank with larger numbers of semi-aggressive or even just one aggressive fish. Examples of non-aggressive fish include tetras, regular mollies, angelfish, swordtails , glass fish and guppies. (click on the name of the fish to see what it looks like) Note: Goldfish are another kind of non-aggressive fish, but I do not consider them to be "tropical" because they are cold-water fish. "Tropical" aquariums are those which require a heater in order to maintain the water temperature between 76-82 degrees (F).
