Welcome to the Exit Survey Page
Thanks for taking the time to complete this survey about our instructional module. At this time, open a software program that allows for word processing. Then come back to the webpage and highlight the exit survey questions. After higlighting the questions with your mouse, hold down the CTRL key and press the C key on your keyboard to copy the text. Then open your word processing software page and paste the questions by clicking on the page and holding down the CTRL key until you have pressed the V key on the keyboard.
Now that you have the questions, please take your time to honestly answer the questions. When you are done, save the questions and click the Contact tab in the Navigation Bar at the top of this page. You can simply Copy and Paste them into the body of the email. You can Copy and Paste the questions into the email the same way that you Copy and Pasted them after retrieving them on this Survey page.
