530 Change Management Plan
MIT 530 is an Introduction to the evaluation techniques associated with
educational evaluation media and materials, courses, The course project requirements were to conduct a change management plan
consisting of two phases: The client we chose to work with was the UNCW Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) which is the University’s Staff Development Center. A problem of lack of use of CTE resources which include, staff development sessions (courses) as well as job aid resources, was presented to our Dr. Chen, our course professor. This project was conducted in a group of four team members. The four group members worked as a team for conducting the needs assessment. Once the needs assessment was gathered, each individual team member was to construct our own change management plan according to the needs assessment results. My roles included serving as the team leader for the change management plan and serving as the writer and developer of the proposal and proposal presentation. As the team leader, I orchestrated the roles of each team member and served as the main contact with the client (CTE Director and the Associate Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs).
