MIT 512 ADA Workstation Proposal

One of the project requirements for the MIT 512 course was to research the “Americans With Disabilities Act” and design a proposal for implementing ADA compliant technology into a particular school or school system. I chose to focus my proposal on Topsail High School, to enhance their high level of technology using ADA compliancy requirements.

Demonstrate a knowledge of the laws and regulations which govern the selection and utilization of media/emerging technology, including copyright, censorship, State Board Regulations, Local Board Policies, etc. In order to complete each of these artifacts, it was necessary for me to understand laws and regulations pertaining to education and technology. Each artifact reflects my knowledge of copyright laws and Fair Use, as well as Administrative policies regulations.
