Step 3: Recruiting Other Student Members

Instructions for OCF chapter leaders on how to use this website

This section will be webpage content specific. It will include overall instructions on how to use this self-directed online training module and introduce some of the features. A zig-zagging pattern of object and text placement should be used to help ensure that users scan all available content and therefore become more inclined to access it.

Video Transcripts

In this section, the content in the video associated with each page will be presented here in a writtent text format. In order to keep the user engaged, the videos will not be transcripted ver batum but will include only a brief description of the main points from the video.

Charts and bulleted lists might be included as easy-to-follow visual aids, instead of images, since including pictures may create a confusing navigational envorinment (because of how pictures are located elsewhere, in this section of the website, that serve as links/portals to other webpages).

Doing this also assists with 508 compliancy and allows some users access to information that they otherwise would not have.
