The proceeding and accomplishment of these two projects required organization, management, and interpersonal skills. The two artifacts demonstrate my ability to plan, manage, and facilitate an instructional design project.

In each of these products I have used change theories and models to plan and implement an organizational change. Change management team and other strategies were used to assure the incremental implementation of change.
