 Each of these artifacts represents my ability to plan and organize instructional design projects. These artifacts required me to either design or develop instruction while also serving as the team leader or project manager for the project.
Organize the instructional project or service unit to operate effectively and efficiently

 Each of these artifacts represents my ability to plan and organize instructional design projects. These artifacts required me to either design or develop instruction while also serving as the team leader or project manager for the project.
In order to make sure everything went according to plan, a thorough scope document or analysis was conducted, as well as a work breakdown structure or timeline.

 		 In order to effectively manage each of these projects, gaining access to ample personnel and facilities for delivery was important. Each of these artifacts demonstrates my abilities to serve in such management capacities.
