Below are some example proposals, a change plan and a preliminary design abstract. These were created for real clients through my graduate course work as well as for the 2011 AECT PacifiCorp Design and Development Competition. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation Proposal
This proposal was created as part of the 2011 AECT PacifiCorp Design and Development Competition. The proposal was created in response to a problem involving the need for a training, community outreach and documentation program for a biotech startup company that is currently producing radioactive waste. While working with another student, we came up with a plan for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating our solution. We presented this proposal and our solution at the AECT Conference, where we were awarded top project.

Front End Analysis and Implementation Proposal
This front end analysis and project proposal were part of a design and development course. In this course, we were tasked with selecting a system which was not operating as it should be, and that could be improved by developing and implementing a new education or training program. Working with another student, we chose a popular coffee chain, which had its headquarters in our area. Once determining the official problem and analyzing what the system should optimally look like, we came up with a probable solution. We worked very closely with our client to create a plan in Microsoft Project, which detailed milestone events, tasks, staffing plan and budget required to carry out our proposed training implementation.

Organizational Management & Technology Change Plan
These documents were created for a course involving the organization and management of a technology change plan. While working with another student, we were tasked with analyzing an organization and then proposing a technology change plan to respond to external and internal forces for change in the structure of the organization. The ultimate goal was to improve performance.
We chose to assist a local non-profit animal organization as they had a strong need for a technology implementation plan. We determined the purpose and scope of the change, how to best initiate the change, what resources they had, which change model to apply, who would serve on a change team, and how the system would best be improved by the change.

Preliminary Design Abstract
This was created as part of the 2011 AECT PacifiCorp Design and Development competition in response to a request for proposals. Working with another student, we developed this abstract to respond to the problem statement provided by AECT. We were tasked with offering a proposed solution in response to the problem, while adhering to formatting and word count restrictions. Our abstract was chosen to advance to round 2 of the competition.
