ARTICLE VIII – MEETINGS
Section 1.OCF shall meet at least two times per month during the academic year.

Section 2. A quorum shall be defined as a simple majority (50% +1) of the Voting Members of the OCF.

Section 3. Meeting times, places, and dates for general meetings shall be determined by the Executive Committee with due regard to the convenience of the membership.
Section 4. No vote shall be taken on any matter of business at any meeting unless notice of the issue, at least10 days prior to the vote, is submitted by the Secretarythat a vote shall be taken.

ARTICLE IX – OFFICERS
Section 1. The day to day operations of OCF shall be managed by an Executive Committee of elected officers consisting of aPresident, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Section 2. The Presidentshall serve as a Voting Member of the Executive Committee and perform all duties of that office and shall be ex officio member of all other committees, excluding the Executive Committee, of the OCF-Wilmington. These duties include but are not limited to:
·    Calling to order and presiding at all meetings of the OCF-Wilmington
·    Keeping order at meetings
·    Appointing committee members and overseeing committee progress and functioning
·    Chairing the Executive Committee
·    Ensuring that all aspects of this constitution are followed

Section 3. The Vice President shall serve as a Voting Member of the Executive Committee and, in the absence of the President, perform all the duties of that office with the approval of the Executive Committee. In addition to this, the duties of the Vice President include but are not limited to:
·    Serving as the liaison between the individual committees and the Executive Committee

  • Ensuring OCF’s registration withCAIC

Section 4. The Secretaryshall serve as a Voting Member of the Executive Committee, and shall:
·    Keep minutes of all business transacted at general meetings and the meetings of the Executive Committee

  • Keep an up-to-date list of members as determined by the Executive Committee

·    Conduct all official correspondence of the OCF
·    Maintain a bulletin board, whether physical or electronic, for posting all required notices and postings of the Fellowship

  • Taking attendance

Section 5. The Treasurer shall serve as a Voting Member of the Executive Committee and shall:

  • Collect all money due to the OCF and keep accurate records of all receipts and disbursements

·    Give a report of the conditions of the Fellowship's finances at each Executive Committee meeting
·    Disburse funds as approved by the Executive Committee
·     Propose organization dues to the Executive Committee to be voted on by the general membership if agreed upon by the Executive Committee
