Career Goals

With a master’s degree in instructional technology, I am excited to combine my new skills and knowledge of instructional systems design with my background in healthcare and clinical education, to design and develop effective training programs and materials.    Learning is a lifelong process, and the continuing education needed for the healthcare industry is no different from any other industry.  The skills needed for healthcare personnel 50 years ago are vastly different from todays.  In addition to necessary clinical skills, technology plays an ever increasing role, which means the need for ongoing training and education will only continue to grow.

I hope to be part of that growth, to collaborate with others in this field and use technology to implement effective training solutions.  I look forward to the future and any and all opportunities that lie ahead.
