MIT 530: EVALUATION AND CHANGE IN INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT: District Professional Development Needs Analysis

MIT 500: INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS DESIGN: THEORY & RESEARCH - – For this project, I conducted a needs assessment including a subject matter analysis, performance analysis and learner analysis.  Through a task analysis, I determined the level of instruction by identifying learner and performance context.  This helped to determine the prerequisite skills that needed to be taught before actual module concepts could be presented.

MIT 542 – The proposal for this project includes an assessment of the instructional needs through a materials, task and goal analysis.

MIT 530 – A comprehensive needs assessment was conducted to align strategic goals with specific district activities.  Extant data was analyzed and needs assessment data was organized through the use of surveys, focus groups and interviews.
