MIT 510 validated creating a self-regulated system through needs assessment, formative and summative evaluations and criterion-referenced testing.

The MIT 522 project conducted a needs assessment to determine the gap. On the basis of the gap analysis, the appropriate actions were identified and implementation was planned.

MIT 530 conducted a thorough front-end needs assessment to determine the correct procedures to be followed to establish evaluation and change.

MIT 530 executed several evaluation techniques (one-on-one, and small group) to uncover the University’s educational organizational structure for adopting new projects.

Plan and conduct formative evaluation of instruction / training.

Evaluate learning and instruction using formative and summative evaluation techniques.

Determine if learning objectives are defined and all terminal performance objectives and enabling objectives relating to job performance are specifically met.

Perform a final edit on all instructional materials developed for courses to include course books, simulation exercises, lesson plan, instructor guides, tests, etc.

The MIT 500 project involved several formative evaluations of the instructional material. Following each formative evaluation, the materials were revised.

MIT 530 involved conducting a needs assessment and formatively evaluating the process and the techniques presently used in curriculum. MIT 530 involved designing a change management plan to address issues related to the evaluation outcomes.

Plan and conduct summative evaluation of instruction / training.

Compile and review all information based on the data collected and provide recommendations to training staff for curricula modifications or improvements.
