My Philosophy
Teachers have the opportunity to work with young people and empower their intellectual and motor skills and attitude to change the world. Because of this, I take my job very seriously and work hard to prepare my students to meet their future challenges. I cherish that I have a job where I get to do what I love on a daily basis. I hope that my love of the Spanish language and culture will be imparted to my students.
As a future Instructional Designer, I believe that technology, when used appropriately, can stimulate learning motivation and enhance and support learning. I also believe that technology is not merely computer hardware and software or the Internet but is the creation of effective means and strategies to design and maintain a learning environment. My philosophy also includes the fact that training is not the answer to all performance problems. Using a systematic approach to analyze a performance problem is the most valuable knowledge I have gained from my MIT courses. I will practice this approach when encountered with students’ learning problems.
