My Goals
My first career goal is to complete my Masters in Instructional Technology at UNCW by May 2010. I hope that once I have completed the program I obtain a full-time position in either a higher education setting or in the business industry. Both of these settings would afford me the opportunity to build upon the knowledge and skills that I have mastered during the MIT program at UNCW.
My second goal is continuing my education while I gain some work experience. In addition, I would like to complete certification programs in the areas of human performance technology and project management in order to advance my technical knowledge and skills. Some possible certifications that I would be interested in obtaining would be a Project Management Professional certification and the Human Performance Technologist certification. These certifications combined with my Masters will definitely help me begin my journey to not only reach but obtain my PhD.
